Straight answers before you change billing companies

Switching billers is a big decision. These are the questions practices ask us most, starting with the ones about the switch itself.

Before you switch

We plan the switch so it doesn't. Your previous biller (or team) keeps working claims already in flight while we take new charges, and we take over the existing A/R on a set date so nothing is left unworked.

We can work it alongside new claims, prioritized by dollar value and timely-filing deadline. Many practices recover money they had written off.

Access to your practice management system and clearinghouse, your payer contracts and fee schedules if available, and a short kickoff call with your office manager. We handle the rest.

No. We work inside the systems you already use.

You do, always. Everything stays in your systems, and we hand back any reports or files we created.

Yes. Many clients start with credentialing, prior authorizations, or an A/R clean-up project and expand later.

Pricing and contracts

Usually a percentage of collections, starting at 3.5%. Flat-fee pricing is available for some services such as credentialing. You get an exact quote after the free audit.

No. There are no setup fees, and every charge is listed in your agreement.

Month-to-month after a short onboarding period.

Results and reporting

It depends on your starting point, specialty, and payer mix. Your free audit sets a baseline for each KPI, and we report against it every month. Our current client averages are on the Results page.

Net collection rate, days in A/R, A/R over 90 days, first-pass rate, denial rate by reason, charge lag, and patient collections, broken down by provider, location, and payer.

At least once a month for a KPI review, and whenever you need them in between.

Security and HIPAA

Yes, with every client, before we access any patient information.

Encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor sign-in on every system, role-based access reviewed regularly, audit logging, and annual HIPAA training for all staff.

No. Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, or other health information in website forms or chat. We'll set up a secure channel once you're a client.

Specialties

Yes. ABA is one of our core specialties, including unit-based 97151 to 97158 billing, authorization tracking, and BCBA and RBT credentialing.

Yes, including level-of-care authorizations, concurrent reviews, and facility billing.

Ask us. We bill for many specialties beyond those on our site, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
